Relationships can feel complicated. Reaching out for support can be your first step towards improving things for you.

I work with couples experiencing a range of various difficulties including, but not limited to, communication issues, intimacy issues and infidelity. I am here to support you understanding and exploring your relationship so that you can make the positive changes that you need.

I have worked with clients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, genders, ages and issues and I merge different therapeutic approaches in relation to your needs. I offer short and long-term counselling to support you with understanding your experience and explore the challenges you are facing. I offer sessions in both English and Italian.

I value the therapeutic relationship in the sense that I believe our rapport to be key to the work. I am committed to offering you a genuine, authentic and confidential space where we can work together, and in which you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings. I will work with you at your own pace, in a warm and non-judgmental way.

Online therapy

I believe our relationship is a very important part of the work, therefore, I offer an initial 20 minutes free of charge consultation in which you can tell me a little bit about yourself and what you expect from our sessions, and for me to share with you what I can offer. This can help establish whether we can work together. I offer sessions online over Zoom.
